Mains’l Services is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP).  Sometimes it’s the small moments — a shared laugh, a new achievement, a step toward independence — that matter most. As a Direct Support Professional at Mains’l Services, you’ll be part of those moments while supporting people to live full, meaningful lives.

• $21.50/hour
• Part-Time Schedules Available
• Schedules available:
  • Wk 1: Wed-Sat 3-9pm, Wk 2: Sun-Tue 3-9pm
  • Wk 1: Fri 2pm-10pm, Sat 3-10pm, Wk 2: Sun 7am-2pm, Mon 2pm-10pm
  • Wk 1: Fri 7am-2pm, Sat 8am-3pm, Wk 2: Sun 8am-3pm, Mon 7am-2pm

What You’ll Do:
As a DSP, you’ll support an individual in their home and community. No two days look exactly the same — but your impact is clear.

You May:

 

• Provide Person Centered Supports tailored to the individual needs (including Activities of Daily Living, behavioral supports, coaching and skill-building)
• Assist with transportation to various activities and medical appointments
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming living environments (including laundry, housekeeping, and meal preparation).
• Teach valuable skills—from financial management to communication.
• Be a source of companionship, guidance, and advocacy.
• Accurately document care and daily activities

What We’re Looking For:

• Compassion, reliability, and a willingness to learn
• 18 years or older
• A valid US driver’s license, reliable transportation with insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check through DHS
• ​​​​​​​CNA License Preferred
