The role suits someone who can work independently, apply sound judgment, and communicate findings clearly while collaborating with internal partners and external authorities when needed.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare clear summaries of investigative outcomes, present facts objectively, and explain conclusions to stakeholders within the business.
• Contribute to quality-focused case handling by following case management expectations and escalating issues that require additional review or guidance.• Bachelor’s degree required; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in fraud investigations, fraud risk management, compliance, AML, or a closely related field.
• Working knowledge of case management practices, evidence handling, and documentation standards tied to legal requirements.
• Ability to investigate suspected fraud thoroughly, assess facts, and make sound decisions with limited day-to-day supervision.
• Experience preparing reports and communicating findings clearly to internal stakeholders and external agencies when appropriate.
• Familiarity with policies, monitoring tools, and investigative procedures used to detect and address suspicious activity.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage difficult but generally non-complex issues effectively.
