Pay:
$16–$19/hour (DOE)
Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors
• Answer and direct incoming calls
• Data entry and filing
• Schedule appointments
• Provide administrative support
• Maintain a professional and organized front office
Qualifications:
✔ Previous front desk or administrative experience preferred
✔ Strong communication and customer service skills
✔ Proficient with Microsoft Office
✔ Reliable, organized, and able to multitask
