Eastern Environmental Solutions, Inc. is seeking experienced Geothermal Drillers to join our growing team. This is a full-time, hands-on position offering competitive pay, overtime, prevailing wage opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package. Candidates with a valid CDL Class A or B license and a strong commitment to safety are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Qualifications:
CDL Class A or B with manual transmission.
Tanker and Hazmat endorsements a plus.
OSHA 30-hour certification (40-hour HAZWOPER a plus).
Valid SST Card.
Minimum 2 years of experience in drilling or geothermal installations.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Clean driving record.
Ability to pass pre-employment drug/alcohol testing and physical exam.
Geothermal HVAC experience is a plus.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform geothermal and well drilling operations.
Install vertical open and closed loop geothermal systems.
Trench and connect loop fields to system flow centers.
Respond to geothermal system service calls.
Operate drilling, excavation and heavy equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow all company and job-site safety procedures.
Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $45.00 – $56.00/hour, based on experience, license, and qualifications
Overtime and prevailing wage projects available
