Administrative Assistant

Location: Cypress, CA (Onsite)

Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $22 - $25/hr

SUMMARY

We're looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our Human Resources, office operations, and basic accounting functions. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying organized, helping people, and keeping daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Schedule interviews and assist with recruiting activities.

- Support onboarding and employee records management.

- Assist with licenses, permits, reports, and compliance documentation.

- Coordinate employee communications, training, and company events.

- Respond to employee inquiries and provide administrative support

- Manage office supplies, mail, vendor agreements, and service requests.

- Maintain records, reports, calendars, and inventory data.

- Help ensure office and breakroom areas remain stocked and organized.

- Assist with accounts payable and sales order processing.

- Provide clerical accounting and data entry support as needed (training provided).

- Other duties as needed

Qualifications

- High school diploma/GED and bilingual Spanish is required.

- 2-3 years of administrative office experience.

- 1-2 years of basic accounting or data entry experience preferred.

- Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

- Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and work independently.

- Positive, professional, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
