Position at Margaret Mary Health

• Call Requirements: None
• Base Salary: $315,000
• Malpractice Coverage: Includes tail coverage
• Infrastructure: Existing infusion services
• Referral Base: Established connections with PCPs and specialists
• Compensation and Benefits:
  • wRVU production incentive available
  • $35,000 sign-on bonus
  • $10,000 quality bonus
  • Loan forgiveness of $20,000 annually, up to $100,000 over 5 years
  • Annual quality incentive of $10,000
  • 6 weeks or 240 hours of PTO
  • Relocation assistance up to $10,000
  • 5 days of CME annually with a $4,500 CME allowance
  • Three to five-year contract with a 120-day exit option for either party
  • Participation in the health plan with covered premiums; voluntary options available for other plans
