Sales Development Representative | $60K Base | $120K OTE
\n \nMetal America is the fastest growing construction company in America, and we’re hiring remote salespeople who want way more responsibility than they’d normally get this early in their career.
\n \nWe just turned two years old and we’re already an 80 person company selling metal buildings, concrete, and barndominiums nationwide. We’re building software, AI, financing, manufacturing, and a national construction network around all of it because we think construction is way behind where it should be. Long term, we want to completely change how things get built and help solve the housing crisis by making construction faster, more affordable, and easier to scale.
\n \nThis is a fully remote role with a $60,000 base and $120,000 OTE. This also isn’t a normal SDR job where you spend all day booking meetings for someone else. You’re going to get real leads and start closing real deals immediately. You’ll talk directly to customers, understand what they’re trying to build, put together the deal, follow up, handle objections, negotiate, and get it across the finish line.
\n \nWe’re looking for people who are hungry, competitive, tech savvy, and want to make money. You need to be comfortable on the phone, good at learning new software, and able to work from home without needing someone constantly checking whether you’re doing your job. We use a lot of AI, automation, and internal software, so being good with technology matters here.
\n \nYou don’t need construction experience and you don’t need some perfect resume. We’d rather hire someone sharp, driven, and coachable who wants raw sales experience and is willing to learn fast.
\nBeing remote doesn’t mean this is a relaxed job. We move extremely fast, expectations are high, and you’ll be measured on results. If you’re good, though, you’ll get a ridiculous amount of experience and responsibility very quickly.
\n \nIf you want to spend the next two years booking meetings hoping somebody eventually lets you close, this probably isn’t for you. If you want to work remotely, close real deals from day one, make real money, and get in early at a company growing insanely fast, we want to talk.
